Jay Stoner
CEO & Co-Founder
Jay is one of the original founders of Onyx Point and currently serves as the company’s CEO. Jay’s leadership style and general approach to business help set the tone for Onyx Point’s core values and culture – a culture of integrity, with a shared appreciation and desire for the highest standards of excellence and dedication to client service.
Jay has over 20 years of experience working in the Federal Government and Intelligence Community as well as the private sector, with expertise ranging from software and systems engineering to technical and program management. As President of Onyx Point, Jay’s responsibilities include setting the overall direction of the company, providing strategic leadership, performing business development activities, and leading proposal development.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wyoming and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Georgetown University.
